Your happiness is important to us, yet due to the rehabilitation and hygiene nature of our products, most of our products must be non-returnable, unless returned for warranty reasons.

Returns Policy
Sleepsonic Speaker pillows, Cushions, Bellysonic pouches, are covered by warranty and may be returned if there is defect in materials or workmanship. Otherwise, these items are considered hygenic and therefore are non-returnable for any other reasons.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, but these dates are not guaranteed or binding.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
The rates displayed in the checkout page are not always accurate and may require adjustment prior to order processing. If the adjustment for shipping exceeds 10% of the estimated shipping amount within the cart, the customer will be notified of this adjustment. Usually upward adjustments are rare.

CDs, music albums and books are only returnable if there is a manufacturing defect or damaged packaging.
