Your happiness is important to us, yet due to the rehabilitation and hygiene nature of our products, most of our products must be non-returnable, unless returned for warranty reasons. If there is a need to return an item for refund, the item must be unopened ( including accessories & CDs) A 20% restocking fee is charged to the purchaser.
Return of Delivery Due to Incorrect Address or Undeliverability - Sleepsonic is not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to recipient's post office errors, incorrectly entered address, or rules and regulations in the recipient's country. If this occurs Sleepsonic will refund customer full value minus shipping if the returned item is received by us undamaged. Restocking fees may apply depending on the situation related to the return.
If there is any doubt about recipient's address at the time of placing the order, this should be cleared up first by reviewing post office or customs office guidelines (especially for non USA addresses).
Orders that appear fraudulent, or have international billing addresses that are different from shipping addresses will be thouroughly scrutinized and double verified.
Sleepsonic Speaker pillows, Cushions, Bellysonic pouches, are covered by warranty and may be returned if there is defect in materials or workmanship.
Otherwise, these items are considered hygenic and therefore are non-returnable for any other reasons. Shipping We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If there is a more compatible shipping option to your address, a comparable shipping service may be used.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. The rates displayed in the checkout page are not always accurate and may require adjustment prior to order processing.
If the adjustment for shipping exceeds 10% of the estimated shipping amount within the cart, the customer will be notified of this adjustment.
